1. Definitions
"Provider" means S.C. Greieras Music Studio SRL, a Romanian legal entity, VAT ID RO44749026, operating under Sell Easy Romania and ShopifyExpert.ro brands.
"Client" means any natural or legal person who purchases services from the Provider.
"Services" means Shopify store creation, custom themes, API integrations, mentoring, video promotion, SEO optimization and any other services offered through shopifyexpert.ro.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Site and/or purchasing any Service, the Client confirms they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
3. Services offered
The Provider offers service packages with clear specifications published on the Pricing page. Each package includes a detailed scope communicated before contract signing.
- Shopify online store creation
- Custom Liquid theme development
- API integrations (invoicing, VAT, payment processors, couriers)
- 1-on-1 mentoring and training
- Video content and paid advertising promotion
- SEO and speed optimization
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and/or RON on the Site, excluding VAT unless otherwise specified. The Provider reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, but the price agreed at the time of order remains valid for that project.
Payment is made via bank transfer based on a proforma invoice issued by the Provider. For "store creation" projects, payment is made in 2 installments: 50% at project start, 50% upon completion.
5. Delivery time
The standard launch time for a Shopify store is 48 hours for the standard package, calculated from the moment of receiving all required information and materials (logo, product descriptions, photos, text content). Delays caused by the Client not providing materials are not attributable to the Provider.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment of the services, the Client becomes the complete owner of the Shopify store, domain, database, and content created specifically for their project. The Provider reserves the right to use project screenshots in their portfolio, unless the Client explicitly requests written confidentiality.
7. Warranty and post-launch support
Each package includes a priority WhatsApp support period (between 30 and 60 days depending on the package) for fixing any technical issues. Functional changes requested after launch are billed separately.
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider does not guarantee any specific level of sales, conversions, or profit. Commercial results depend on numerous external factors (product quality, marketing, promotion budget, market situation) outside the Provider's control. The Provider is responsible only for the technical quality of delivered services.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian GEO 34/2014, individual Clients have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of signing, without justification. This right is lost if services have begun execution with the Client's express consent before the withdrawal period expires.
10. Dispute resolution
Any dispute between the parties will first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Otherwise, disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania. The Client has the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Modification of terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The current version is always available at shopifyexpert.ro/en/terms-and-conditions.
